No resins or coatings that might be sensitive to moisture penetration, TopCrete 711 Crystal Topping is based on a cement-based dry mortar binder modified with advanced dry polymers and special additives that is just as fine in continuously dump environments as it is in dry environments.
Pre-packaged with decorative aggregates, only water is added to the mix and plastered directly on a pool’s inner concrete shell. TopCrete 711 Crystal Topping contains colorful aggregates such
as glass and Mother of Pearl for maximum visual impact.
